Shipping Information

Orders placed through 11spot will typically ship within 2 business days of your order. Orders will arrive 1-2 weeks from time of order. Most will be quicker given we have product in stock. International orders typically take 2 weeks to arrive, though this varies depending on location.

You will get an email notification when your order ships that will provide ship date and tracking information for your order.

If you feel your order is taking too long to arrive please contact Customer Service at custserv [at-no-spam] elevenspot.com. We will provide a replacement for items lost in shipment at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for orders lost in the mail. Please note that all shipments are tracked so delivery can be confirmed in the event of a mis-shipment.

Return Policy

If you receive the wrong item or a defective item from 11spot, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly exchange your item for the correct one or one that is not defective. No full refunds will be given.
